I’ve spent the last decade and more writing ads in all shapes and forms. During the process, though, I realised what I like doing the most: finding solutions first - and if necessary, putting it into words. Some of my most memorable projects in advertising had little to with advertisements (one was figuring out a chatbot, some were creating user flows and changing messages accordingly, and a few more).
